  Contacted Jeftec last Friday, July 21 about getting my car in for some brake work, and they were able to get me in for Tuesday the 25(which is what I requested). Told Jamie what was wrong, over the phone, and when I brought the car in Tuesday morning we discussed what needed to be done. I mentioned to Jamie that maybe there might be an issue with the caliper as well, and she said, well, after our discussion Friday, I figured I would order one as well. Who does that!!!! Well, I said I'm on holidays, so no rush for the car... 3 hours later, car is done, and oh, the caliper did NOT need to be changed. I don't know if they return it, or hold on to it now, or what, but all I know is that I've never gone to a place that anticipated my needs or potential need quite as well as they did(oh, and I wasn't charged for the caliper). As an owner of a vehicle whose warranty has just expired, I have now found a new location to get quality work done!!!

  Great shop! Very informative and helpful, explained everything to myself and my wife. Gave us a quote and when we picked up the car it was exactly the price they said. The North America wide warranty that Autopro offers is great because we travel south quite often. Definitely recommend Jeftech

  I purchased a 1994 Olds which needed oil pan gasket, front crank seal and front wheel alignment. I was quoted the sum off $500.00 to make these repairs. When I picked up the vehicle it was nearly $1,000.00. The work on the vehicle was fine but the front wheel alignment had to be done elsewhere to get it right. They refunded the alignment to me so it could be repaired.

  Jeftec is the most friendly shop I have ever been too. They were helpful, honest and informative. Pricing on par and well worth it. I felt confident leaving my truck there. I will not hesitate to give them a call for my next oil change or whatever repair I may need.
