  We gave them a call and after speaking with Amanda (she handles events and weddings) and realizing how accommodating they were we booked the venue on the spot, sight unseen. We headed out from San Diego to check it out a few months before the wedding and were beyond happy with what we found there.

  Words cannot express my appreciation and gratitude for everything this weekend. The Lodge at Panther River went FAR ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty in serving as the host venue for mine and Kyle's wedding this past weekend. Any little (or big) hiccup that came about, they were "on it" before we even needed to ask. Despite the down pours... and drizzle... and monsoon... and slightly overcast hour or two (HOORAY), followed by the occasional regular rainfall, they were right there to make sure we had the BEST day imaginable. Thanks so much to Amanda and the crew at the lodge for taking our humble country wedding and turning it into the most memorable and beautiful experience possible. It was beyond what we could have dreamed and we cannot thank you enough!

  The lodging and accommodations are perfect. A bunch of spacious and cozy log cabins with some unique options like canvas outfitter tents, a glamping tent and plenty of RV and camping spots. We ended up staying some nights in the cabins and some nights in an RV in the full hookup spots on the River.

  We unsuccessfully searched for 6 months trying to find a place for the perfect wilderness wedding. We started to get discouraged as we couldn't find a lodge or resort that captured the true feeling we wanted. Then we stumbled upon The Lodge at Panther River when browsing locations near Banff and immediately fell in love.

  The location of the lodge was secluded but accessible. Lots of nature, animals and beauty all around us. Multiple options for the ceremony and reception. We ended up doing our reception in the barn and it turned out amazing.

  They helped set-up hiking, fishing, horse trail rides and the best part was we got to depart our ceremony in a helicopter.

  Went for a trail ride here and was very impressed. From booking (and changing our request multiple times), to the ride, the staff were friendly, accommodating and did a great job at tailoring the ride to the skill level of the riders. The grounds and facilities are well kept and the location is amazing! I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to get away:)

  The staff nailed everything start to finish and felt like family by the end. They went out of their way to take care of our 64 guests and I think both my wife and I wished Angie (she cooks, cleans, tells stories & more) would come be our second mom back in California :)
